When you visit one of our street food markets, rest assured the traders that serve their signature dishes have all been vetted and audited. They all have the following:

• Public Liability Insurance 10-Million
• Employers Liability 5 Million – 10 Million.
• Risk Assessments.
• Food Hygiene Inspection Certificate (Food Rating 1-5)
• Gas Safety Certification.
• NVQ Level 2 (for food service)
• Business Registration Document.
• Fire blanket and fire extinguisher which have all been tested within the last year.
