The most exciting new food attraction in Solihull this year is set to be open in good time for Valentine’s Day.
With the promise of ‘Good times coming soon’, it’s the giant development inside Mell Square which could transform the whole of Solihull town centre.
he 1960s’ square was built with a fountain pool at its centre that you could drive around, but the 21st century heart of the borough has been missing ever since Costa Coffee pulled out of the central glass-walled building on July 24.
But after new enterprise called Taste Collective missed its promised pre-Christmas opening target in December, BirminghamLive can real that building work is finally nearing completion.
The development, which is effectively doubling the size of the old Costa Coffee footprint, is now on course to open in late January or early February.
