As a child I was always in the kitchen shadowing & assisting my grandmothers, mum and aunties whilst they cooked. I come from a foodie family. Even through school, my highest grading subject was food tech. However, as I grew older, my career/education took a detour and I went down a different path. Eventually, my passion reignited and I found myself back on track to what I love the most, being a chef.
